Hit short putts into the back of the hole

On short putts the instructor pushes a tee peg into the back of the hole and aims to hit it. This narrows your focus and gets you hitting the back of the hole with authority instead of weakly dribbling the ball into the front edge. A drill to stop tentative short putts.
