Hit it higher or lower by setup, not ball position

Instead of moving the ball position to change trajectory, set up in the natural position you'd take to throw or kick something. To hit it high, set up in that 'up' position (shoulders tilted back) and keep your normal swing - the ball flies higher naturally. To hit it low, set up on top of it a little more and swing normally, and the ball comes out lower.
