Check chip alignment by laying club on your toe line
To find out whether you stand closed when chipping, line up to a chip as you normally would, then lay the club along your toe line and step back to see where it points. The speaker uses this to reveal a habitual closed stance (in the demo, aimed about 25 yards right).
