Bumping your hips naturally creates upper-body tilt, with your sternum one inch right of a neutral line and your belt buckle one inch left. Keep your shoulders level rather than dropping them; the speaker says dropping your shoulders gets you stuck back and underneath and moves your right hand more underneath.
