Set up 60% left for solid iron contact
For cleaner ball-then-ground contact with irons, Craig Hanson recommends setting up with about 60% of your pressure on the left foot and left leg, the hands a little forward, and the shaft and left arm in one line. From there add a small push and lateral shift forward with the body opening so the right knee covers the ball. He notes that leaning the shaft over gives around 12 degrees of shaft lean at impact and produces much more solid contact.
