Finish against a wall to balance the follow-through
The instructor describes a follow-through drill against a wall. You finish so you do not bang into the wall with your head and your lower body does not lead too much; you want to be almost stiff as a board, like a plank, with a feeling of light coming up out of your chest so you finish up and tall, taller than when you started. This adds some vertical to the follow-through.
