Line-up-balls step drill for a free backswing
A drill to stop freezing over the ball and make a free backswing: line up several balls, take two practice swings, then on the third step into it and hit without pausing. Because you go one-two-then-three straight into the ball, you have no time to think and just react. The instructor notes it is a common 'lineup balls' drill for the feeling of a free backswing.
