Use hip bump and high left hip to get behind it
The coach explains that where the upper body stacks on the lower body matters for getting and staying behind the ball. Starting stacked on top of it, standing straight up and down, will not help; instead he uses the hip bump and a high left hip — more so with this club than any other — to get the upper body behind the ball.
