Hit a fade by opening your setup, face square to toes

To hit a fade, the speaker opens everything up at address: feet, knees, hips, shoulders and club. He stresses that even though the body is aimed left of the target, the clubface should not point at the target; it should stay square to the toe alignment. If you instead open the face while aligned open, he says you're bound to hit the inside quadrant and a push fade, whereas keeping the face square lets you catch the outer quadrant.

Try it

  1. take that exact same idea and turn everything, feet, knees, hips, and shoulders and club
  2. the face of the club should not be pointing at the target; it should still be square to my toe alignment
