Keep trail wrist angle to control angle of attack

The speaker explains that keeping a big angle in the back of the trail wrist (lag) helps the angle of attack so the club doesn't touch the grass before the ball. He says the less angle you hold, the bigger the chance the angle of attack is not optimal and the bigger the chance of hitting balls fat and thin and losing power.
