Alignment-stick reach drill for lead-shoulder extension
An alignment-stick (tour stick) drill. Set up one foot length from the stick with your toes on the line and the club in your left hand, then reach down and touch the stick as far down as you can - the lower you can reach, the more flexible you are. The speaker says this gets the lead shoulder to extend and the knees to close up, creating the feel.
