Add rotation to cure a sway, don't just restrict it

The speaker relays a coaching idea he remembers — 'always teach motion.' Instead of trying not to sway or keeping still, add the motion that replaces the fault: for a sway, the motion to add is rotation, which he says creates movement and freedom rather than restriction. He notes most golfers try to keep their head and hips still, but he wants them to free up and rotate both, and to think about what they want to do rather than what they are trying to avoid.

Why this context matters

A positive, motion-based way to frame a swing fix instead of a 'don't do X' thought.
