Walk up and tap short putts, no set stance
A drill for nervy short putts: walk up to the ball with no set stance and just tap it in, not caring whether it drops. Then add feel by visualizing the ball trickling at a pace that just goes over the front lip. The point is to get out of conscious, tight thinking and become more sensory over short putts.
