Set spine tilt at address in the single plane swing

In the single plane swing the golfer starts with the spine already tilted about 20 degrees at address. Because the spine is already tilted at the start, the head can stay still during the backswing rotation and the lower spine only needs to move about five degrees forward in the downswing to reach the ideal 25-degree tilt at impact.
