Match steep high hands with open shoulders

Hanson describes a steep, high-hands impact pattern that needs the shoulders to open enough to create room. In the analyzed swing, the player also bows the lead wrist hard to turn the face over; Hanson calls that part a rescue move rather than a universal model.
