Deloft a 56 to hit a low shot from a scruffy lie

The instructor advises that when you want to hit a low shot, don't automatically reach for an eight or nine iron. Sometimes it is better to take a 56 and turn it into an eight or nine, which helps you get clean contact out of a scruffy lie.
