Warm up short to long before you tee off
Rather than pulling out the driver two minutes before teeing off, the instructor recommends building rhythm first: start with shorter irons and wedges with half swings, try to hit a specific distance, then move up through a nine or eight, some sevens, and a couple of longer clubs. Give yourself time before you tee off.
