Load below the belt, coil above the belt
The coach's framework for the backswing: below the belt it is a load, above the belt it is a coil. The load goes into the inside of the trail leg, into the instep and up into that hip, felt in the glute. The coil is the upper body turning to complete the turn with the spine and pelvis in the right spot, not just the arms hiking up alongside the body.
