Run the P2 flex-shift-pivot lag progression
The speaker teaches a progression drill. Take the club back to about P2 - club parallel with the ground, about 60 degrees of shoulder turn - by turning the chest and hips, not just the hands, with the club face pointing a little down so the leading edge is parallel with the spine. From P2, flex the lead wrist, shift onto the front foot, then push up and pivot to a finish.
