Squeaky-ball drill to keep weight forward on uphill chips
A drill to stop rocking back on uphill chips: lift the trail (right) heel and place a squeaky ball under it, then set up with about 90% pressure on the front foot. If you rock back even slightly the ball squeaks, so keep the pressure forward and make a bigger swing while trying not to make the squeaky sound.
