Lock in your 30, then ladder up and randomize

A wedge-distance practice progression: once you find your 30-yard swing, lock it in and repeat it for five straight balls, then move up to 40, 50 and 60, and finally randomize the numbers and bounce between them. The block-then-random sequence is how the coach says you actually get better.
