Draw a dot on the clubface as a swing focus

The speaker describes a focus drill for the swing. Get your favorite color and draw a significant-size dot in the middle of the clubface, a couple of grooves up (groove two and three). The idea is then to keep your attention on that dot for the whole duration of the swing.
