Use a tee in your glove to train forearm rotation

The speaker's drill: stick a tee into your glove right beside the Velcro so it shows where your knuckles point and how the wrist is working. Swinging back, the tee points forward; then keeping your head still and moving your body, you roll the tee over until it looks at the ground. The speaker cites Jackie Burke that the crossing over of the forearms puts the punch into the golf shot, and says this movement of the tee squares the clubface and speeds it up into the follow-through.
