The 3 Ds of iron fitting: dispersion, distance, descent
The fitter frames iron performance around three goals he calls the 3Ds. Dispersion control means everything tight to target right-to-left; distance control means everything tight to target front-to-back so you finish pin high; and the third is descent angle.
