Set up posture: bend from your back, feet out 10-15°

The coach walks through a body-friendly setup posture: hold the club out in front with straight arms and bend from your back until the club hits the ground, then add a gentle knee bend and let the arms hang so nothing feels forced. He notes the small arch in the upper back is natural and helps you stay connected and strike nearer the center of the clubface, and says to point your feet outward about 10 to 15 degrees to allow freedom of mobility.
