Rotate the trail palm while pinning the elbow
Place the lead hand over the trail elbow and hold the elbow against the body. With the trail fingers flexed and the elbow tucked, rotate the trail wrist from palm-up to palm-at-target while retaining the wrist cup; begin slowly, then increase speed.

- Put the lead hand over the trail elbow and hold it to your body.
- Start slowly with the trail hand fingers bent down and the trail elbow tucked in.
- Move the trail wrist from palm up to palm to the target while the lead hand keeps the trail elbow pinned to the chest.
- Keep the cup of the wrist, then start going faster.
