Stop squatting and sitting back on your heels to chip

The instructor describes a common chipping fault: getting in real close to the ball, squatting down, and sitting back on your heels. This lowers the hands and moves weight back, dropping the heel of the club into the ground, which whips the club way inside and slams the heel down to shut the face through impact. It is a comfortable position to be in, but the shots turn out badly.
