Keep the putter face square with quiet hands

For putting, the speaker says the face should not open or close at all through the hit, so keep the hands quiet with no rotation. He states that any rotation you think you see is an illusion caused by the stroke's slight arc, and suggests thinking about turning the shoulders back and forth rather than manipulating the hands.
