Use a hanger to train wrist contact
At address, the speaker likes the hanger about a finger width from his forearm; he then lets it rest against the forearm in the backswing and keeps that contact into the downswing. Through the ball, he wants it to leave the first forearm and touch the other as the trail wrist moves underneath.
