Why single swing thoughts break down on the course
The speaker explains why isolated swing thoughts break down on the course. A single thought such as "takeaway" or "shoulder turn" works in training, where there is no consequence and no threat to the brain, so you can hit good shots. But on the course, once the takeaway is complete, the mind hits a "void at the ball," and the mind fills that void with stuff you don't like.
