Stronger grip closes the face to help hit a draw
The speaker contrasts grip strength for hitting a draw: moving into a two-to-three knuckle grip (seeing more of the logo) produces more play and movement out of the joint, more speed, more lag, and a clubface in a more aggressive position. A one-knuckle grip gives little play or movement and the clubface tends to fan open, making draws very difficult to hit.
