Putt to different holes instead of grooving one putt
The speaker recounts that as a boy he took ten balls to the putting green and hit the same putt over and over for about an hour. Harvey saw him and said his stroke looked good, but he would never have that exact putt again for the rest of his life, and told him to putt to different holes all the time instead.
