Feel a lean toward the target, then check tilt on video

Tilt means taking your spine and tilting it toward the target in the backswing. For a right-handed player it can feel like leaning left at the top of the backswing, or like your head is in front of the ball at the top. Because the feel is not what's really happening, the speaker says to film your swing and check that you're tilting correctly and that your head is centered over the ball at the top.
