Understand 'swing left' as rotating around your spine

The coach reframes the cue to 'swing left': he says it does not always mean trying to get the path left, but turning the body around the spine. He pictures a laser pointer coming out of the sternum; through the turn it travels around the spine and happens to end up pointing left. The feel is simply turning the body around the spine angle.
