Wall drill to keep the lead shoulder in on the turn

A drill done with a wall or object in front of you. Hold the club shaft with the palms pointed down, take your address position, set the arms up at about 90 degrees then drop them to about 45, and turn while keeping the grip from touching the wall. The speaker notes that if the lead shoulder goes out instead of staying in, the pivot buckles.
