Clip the tee-top so the tee stays in the ground
Craig Hanson's driver drill: leave the tee in the ground and try to catch only the first couple of millimetres of the tee-top so the tee stays put. You can hear the contact when you do it right. It trains hand-eye coordination and lands the club in the zone to pick the driver cleanly off the tee.
