Right elbow 'in' means toward the lead arm, not the body
The coach clarifies a common misunderstanding of 'right elbow in.' It does not mean tucking the trail elbow into the body. 'In' means moving the trail elbow closer to the lead arm, a rotation (external at the shoulder, internal at the elbow) rather than pinning the elbow against the ribs.
