Commit to process on short putts
Short putts are often missed because the player gets too attached to the outcome instead of the process needed to make them, which is simply starting the ball on line at the right pace. Make a solid practice stroke, then pick a spot a few inches in front of the ball that you want it to roll over, and make your only job rolling the ball over that spot at the right pace.
