Lower the trail eye at the top to shallow the club
Craig Hanson teaches a shallowing, flattening feel where from the top you lower your right (trail) eye, with pressure felt on the base knuckle of the index finger. He practices it as static positional training, holding the lowered-eye position for a few seconds to get used to the new viewing angle before moving through the ball. Presented as a feel, not a proven biomechanical claim.
