Rotate the body by moving pressure in your feet
The instructor argues that body rotation in the golf swing is a function of how you move pressure in your feet rather than something you do by muscling the torso. His point: if both feet stay glued to the ground it is very hard to rotate the upper body, but keeping the upper body stable while moving pressure in the feet lets the body rotate.
