Focus on the shot, not future scenarios, under pressure

Playing the final holes in contention, the hardest thing is getting away from the future scenarios that come to mind — like standing on 15 thinking about reaching 18 with a one-shot lead. Instead, stay focused on the task at hand and keep making good swings and good shots. Emotions will come and go, but you can control what you are thinking on.
