Set lead arm in full ulnar deviation to square the face

The speaker describes the lead arm placed into a fully ulnar-deviated position, which he calls a full range-of-motion position (as far as the hand can move that direction), with the club face aligned to the back of the hand. He says that because the arm is already at its full limit, when it returns to that range-of-motion limit the face is square.
