Find posture by bending from the waist
The coach describes an easy way to find golf posture: hold your arm (club) straight out in front, push your butt out just a little, and bend forward from the waist until the club hits the ground, keeping the legs unlocked and springy. He says the chest angles slightly down toward the ball (not an exaggerated angle) and the arms hang down relaxed and tension-free, and where those arms hang is where the club goes in your hands.
