Mark ball position and landing line in the bunker
Draw a line straight back from the ball, then press a second ball into the sand behind it to mark a second line. Put your lead foot on the front line and point it out at 45 degrees to set your ball position; the second line, behind the ball, is the spot where you want the club to land. This gives you a defined target for where the club should enter the sand.

Why this context matters
A practice-ground drill; the instructor notes you can't draw lines on the course but this builds the system.
