Make range practice feel like playing a round
For a competitive player with a couple of hours to train, PorzakGolf says a range session needs a plan of attack, with only about 20 minutes spent working on swing mechanics. The rest - an hour and a half or more of a two-hour session - should be spent making the practice feel as much like an actual round or upcoming tournament as possible.
