Connect both biceps to your chest for pitch stability
The speaker's fix for inconsistent pitching was to stop using so many hands and wrists and instead stabilize the technique by keeping his upper arms connected to his body. He sets up with the ball fairly central in the stance (forward or central), the hands opposite the inside of the left thigh, and both biceps touching the chest, then moves his body backwards and forwards while keeping both biceps connected to the chest.
