Stay still and roll the putt, don't hit it
For a quieter putting stroke, feel the lower body heavy like concrete from the hips down while the arms hang really softly, and keep the wrists out of it. Focus on staying still through the putt: moving too much drags the putter inside because the head looks up early. Stay down, let the arms hang, and roll the putt rather than hitting it.
