Right-hand-in-front drill for lead arm across the chest
A drill to connect the lead arm to the chest: from your address position with the arms hanging and the same distance from the ball, bring the right hand in front of the left, then draw the arm back so a larger part of the inner side of the top arm is drawn across the chest. Hanson says to keep the lead wrist flat and to keep the drill realistic.
