Get the right elbow past the pocket

Porzak uses a skipping-rock analogy to show that the elbow needs to be in front of the right side. He says the right elbow should beat the right pocket to the golf ball, and that an alignment rod can help young players keep the arms in front. If the elbow does not get in front, he says the player cannot crack the whip and the arms and hands move at the same speed as the torso, getting behind and steep.
