Build a good impact: weight forward, hands leading
The coach defines good impact: weight forward for a solid contact point and a divot in front of the ball, swinging into-out for a slight draw. The lead arm stays straight with elbows together while you extend both arms through the ball. Keep the slight cup in the trail wrist through impact so the hands lead the clubhead - the hands should never get behind, and there should be no flipping or scooping.
